The vision

Imagine the YMCA. The Chelsea Hotel and CBGBs in the 70s. Warhol’s The Factory. Truly community-based and arts-centered co-working. A legendary jazz or performance art venue. A banquet hall. A food pantry. And a powerful incubator of upliftment and healing. This is an organized effort to reestablish the communal and activated art spaces in NYC of earlier decades and empower the communities of Flatbush and Ditmas Park. AllInOne at the church attempts to re-centralize and create a physical base for the arts and social impact under which artists, activists and organizations can collaborate, catalyzing projects for social good across disciplines. 

150 desks, 20 artist studios, & performance art space.

An intentional community for local creative & social impact networks.

Members are required to apply and verify that they are local community members or active contributors to the arts or social impact, ensuring an intentional community of devoted artists, creative doers, and change-makers that keep value in their communities.

Performances, music, gallery shows & happenings.

Music, performance art, theater, gallery shows, 100-person blind-folded banquets. Evenings and weekends will be littered with site-specific activations and happenings from local artist groups. Members practice and present their work in the church, and invite other groups to produce in our space.

Shared resources, skills-exchange, collaboration & support.

Connections, knowledge, tools, a skillset-members pool and share resources, allowing projects to flourish and ideas to flow. Classes, lectures, programming and facilities are elected by members and the local community to support their pursuits.

Reduced-rate performance, event, gallery and rehearsal space. AV studios and workshops for content production. Counselling, educational, youth and wellness programs. A dine-in food pantry in the basement. Retail space featuring local artisans and designers. A community garden. And more.
