By supporting the individuals contributing to the cultural diversity or solving a quality of life issue, projects with a positive impact are realized at a faster rate, benefitting the local community and our city at large.
Our model
We believe in establishing hyper-local creative centers that cultivate the creative growth and talent of individuals present in nearby neighborhoods. We aim to provide resources to creators in the very place they call home so they can enrich themselves and their community. By providing space, resources and programming to local doers, we reduce barriers to entry and provide everyone with a platform to realize their dreams.
Our history
AllInOne started in July 2020 when 4 native New Yorkers, sick of seeing their neighborhoods and cultures fragmented by new development, partnered with a mission-oriented developer to bring a model of preservation and repurposing for community use to real estate’s niche properties. With a unique background in the gallery and underground arts scenes, housing, environmentalism, and social impact, each founder brought a unique perspective to what is now AllInOne.
